| Project Description | The technology of electrolyte-plasma surface hardening of structural steels was developed. The optimum composition of electrolyte for electrolyte-plasma surface hardening was determined. To carry out electrolytic-plasma surface hardening of steels in automatic mode a unit was developed that allows to carry out treatment of steel products in an automated mode. The developed unit allows to vary electric and physical parameters in a wide range: to set voltage, treatment duration, time of switching on and off voltage. The unit is equipped with software to control the power supply by means of a personal computer. |
