Abdilda A.Shamenov was born on July 17, 1987.
In 2009 he received a bachelor's degree in Finance from Kazakhstan-British Technical University. As a recipient of the Bolashak program graduated from the University of Manchester the degree of Master of Science in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship in 2010.
October 2010 - March 2012 - an Expert of the Centre for the Coordination of Technology Commercialization System, "National Innovation Fund" JSC.
June 2012 - December 2013 - Senior Manager, Technology Commercialization Project Management Team, The World Bank.
January 2014 - December 2015 - Deputy General Director, Technology Commercialization Centre LLP, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since January 2016 he has been engaged in public activities as a President of the Alliance of Technology Commercialization Professionals.
February 2017 - June 2019 - the Head of Technology Brokerage Team, the Fostering Productive Innovation Project, The World Bank.
January 2020 - December 2021 – Director, NURIS Enterprise LLP, Nazarbayev University.
In different years he was involved as regional expert on innovations by international organizations OECD, UNIDO and World Bank.
Passed the advanced training on technology commercialization at IC2 Institute of University of Texas at Austin, Oxford University Innovation, OECD and CRDF Global in countries such as USA, UK, France, Austria, Slovakia and People's Republic of China.
Married with 2 children. Member of the Presidential Youth Talent Pool.
