| Project Description | The technological line project is proposed for commercialization, including a new type of molding unit for the manufacture of a new type of material for the installation of partitions with high sound insulation properties. The implementation of the proposed project solves the following problems of the construction site: – for the first time, with a minimum partition thickness (100 mm), the required degree of sound insulation is provided in multi-storey buildings; – an increase in labor productivity is ensured when installing partitions by 2.93 times; – highly skilled bricklayer workers are not required, as panel partitions can be mounted by unskilled installers; – the final cost of installing partitions is reduced, which also includes the cost of panels. |
