Project Description As a result of the project, it is planned to organize the production of environmentally friendly, functional types of pasta for the market of Kazakhstan, created on the basis of innovative technologies using domestic plant raw materials, namely flour from cereals, legumes, fruit and berry, vegetable powders and ion-ozonated water.
