Objective of the project | Production of organic and organomineral fertilizers obtained by processing the chicken manure in a biogas plant |
Project Description | Chicken manure is one of the highly concentrated organic fertilizers, but its application requires preliminary preparation in relation to the elimination of high concentrations of ammonia, helminth infestation and, in addition, immediate incorporation into the soil to avoid nutrient losses. Within the framework of the project, fermentation of chicken manure takes place in a biogas plant with the formation of gas and organic fertilizers, followed by doping of mineral additives. The project provides for 3 types of products of organic and organomineral fertilizers: liquid, solid and encapsulated. The technology provides for the use of a biodegradable polymer (carboxymethylcellulose, CMC) to prolong the action of solid and liquid fertilizers on the soil. The biopolymer is designed to increase the efficiency of fertilizers and increase the yield of agricultural crops. The polymer is used for mixing with a fraction of fertilizers that can be applied to all crops. |
