It is planned to produce flour mixtures and enriched pasta products according to the recipes developed in the project. Project products: flour mixture No. 1 from buckwheat for pasta and bakery products, flour mixture No. 2 from lentils for pasta and bakery products, enriched pasta No. 1 with fine buckwheat powder, enriched pasta No. 2 with nanocarboxylates. |
