Project Description | 1 Modern research methods were used: tests on programmable equipment and standardized tests, both in open areas and in mine conditions in accordance with GOSTs. 2 A number of recipes for shotcrete mixture have been developed depending on the degree and level of complexity of construction projects. 3 An application for a patent for the invention has been developed and filed. 4 An industrial prototype of a gunite mixture has been developed based on a domestic pilot development with improved technical performance. The project team proposes a new technical solution – a method for preparing the total components of a shotcrete mixture before its application. The invention relates to the production of a concrete mixture for applying a layer of concrete or other mortars to the surface of reinforced concrete structures for the purpose of dense interaction of particles with the surface of the structure, filling cracks, cavities and tiny pores with high strength, frost resistance, water resistance and adhesion to the surface of the resulting concrete. The proposed technical solution makes it possible to: – remove excess moisture from shotcrete, necessary for mixing the aggregate components during its preparation; – significantly reduce the rebound of shotcrete components. When conducting an information search in patent and scientific and technical literature, a set of characteristics was not identified that determined a new property of the proposed method for removing excess moisture from shotcrete before its application. |
