| Project Description | As a result of the activities of coal mining and processing enterprises, there is a need to process inevitable waste (coal fines, screenings and sludge from processing plants, etc.), which are practically not used, subsequently settle into the ground and pollute the atmosphere, worsening the environmental situation. Also, fine coal, which is not used by heating enterprises, can serve as a cheap analogue of fuel for heating. The problem in this case is the search for the most optimal binder, which will be able to improve the adhesive properties and hydrophobicity of the resulting product. During production, it was noted that the pilot batch of briquettes produced by us meets the standards, has increased moisture resistance, is resistant to mechanical stress, and also has a high calorific value compared to the original raw materials. |
