Al-Farabi Kazakh National University | AR05132247 Development of technology for obtaining nano – and microglia from montmorillonite | polymer composites of nanoclines. | In the course of research, the following scientific results were obtained:: 1) Methods for isolating montmorillonite(MMT) from natural bentonite and obtaining its thermoacid-activated form have been developed. 2) Methods for hydrophobization of MMT by sorption of cationic surfactants (CTAB, CPB) from aqueous solutions on its surface and superhydrophobization by sorption of ODE from propanol have been developed. 3) Immobilization of antitumor and antitubercular drugs in bionanocomposites, long-term released forms of drugs were obtained. 4) Based on silver nanoparticles and polysaccharides immobilized in colloidal MMT, new bactericidal bionanocomposites that release Ag+ ions for a long time were obtained . 5) Testing of MMT prototypes revealed the possibility of using them in the processes of bleaching vegetable oil, water purification from heavy metal ions (Cu2+ , Pb2+) and dye (blue methylene). | The economic efficiency lies in the fact that the proposed method for producing magnetic composites is simpler and cheaper than other methods currently used. | Scope of the results: the obtained composites can be used in wastewater treatment from heavy metal ions and dyes, bleaching of vegetable oils, production of composite polymer materials. | Musabekov K.
