Objective of the project Organization and production of the SofMaya camel milk drink
Project Description As a result of the project, a probiotic fermented milk product, i.e. an immunomodulatory drink made from camel milk with the addition of fermented beet juice based on lactic acid bacteria SofMaya, will be sold to the market. In the future, the successful implementation of this project will allow the sale of a new drink from camel milk “SofMaya” and “SofMaya-1” through retail chains, in sanatoriums, dispensaries, orphanages, people eating proper nutrition, suffering from diabetes, etc.
