| Objective of the project | Organization of industrial production of low-clinker finely ground cements based on phosphoric slags, providing the production of products with improved physical and mechanical properties and increased durability. |
| Project Description | We propose the most expedient way to solve this problem, namely, the innovative technology developed by the applicant for the production of low-clinker finely ground cements, which can contain up to 70% of these wastes and are not inferior in properties to general construction cements of grades 400, 500 and 600 (GOST 10178). The main advantages of the developed technology of low-clinker finely ground cements include: -waste-free; -saving stocks of valuable natural raw materials; -the possibility of using a variety of waste and non-metallic minerals as active components of the binder. At the same time, neither carbon dioxide nor dust are emitted into the atmosphere, as happens in the production of Portland cement. |
