Project Description The project provides for the creation of a full-cycle enterprise, starting with the production of gluten-free flour, where domestic grains and legumes (corn, rice, millet, buckwheat) are used as the main gluten-free raw materials. The next stage provides for the production, based on the developed recipes, of gluten-free bread and the national dough for beshbarmak “Zhaima”.
