Production process: start of production and organisation of the process of processing hides into feed additive. Testing and quality control: conducting product quality tests and establishing a quality control system. Marketing and sales: developing a marketing and sales strategy for the product, finding customers and establishing partnerships. Expansion and development: as production grows and demand increases, it is possible to expand production and develop new products based on skins. |
