Equipment and location: selection and purchase of necessary equipment for hides processing, as well as selection of a location for production. Licences and certificates: obtaining all necessary licences and certificates to produce and sell the feed supplement. Production process: start of production and organisation of the process of processing hides into feed additive. Testing and quality control: conducting product quality tests and establishing a quality control system. Marketing and sales: developing a marketing and sales strategy for the product, finding customers and establishing partnerships. Expansion and development: as production grows and demand increases, it is possible to expand production and develop new products based on skins. |
