Organization of sea buckthorn production on the basis of non-waste original technology that provides a high yield and profit. |
| Project Description |
An innovative technological solution for the efficient production of sea buckthorn fruits is being implemented. It includes the development of a technological protocol in relation to the soil and climatic conditions of the interested farms. The protocol contains the following sections: 1. Selection of varieties and seedlings; 2. Scheme and landing density; 3. Preparation of soil and seedlings for planting using an original technique; 4. Planting seedlings and post-sediment mulching of the soil p.e. film; 5. Water-nutrient regime with the use of new generation fertilizers and biostimulators based on drip irrigation; 6. Integrated protection of plantations from pests and diseases;7. Harvest of fruits and leaves after continuous cutting of branches for 3 and 5 years after planting using shock freezing or manually; 8. Care of the plantation after cutting. The proposed development allows for the first time in Kazakhstan to put on the market a highly valuable and competitive raw material with a significant export prospect and practically unlimited demand in the Kazakhstan market. |

Sea buckthorn cultivation technology – 1,000,000 tenge. The implemented highly efficient technology of growing sea buckthorn in the meadow-garden type provides a yield of 40 t/ha of fruits in the third year and again in the fifth. The basis of the technology is super thickened planting according to the scheme 80 x 30 cm with the placement of 40 thousand plants/ha. |
