Production of domestic organic feed additives for livestock and poultry farming

The project has already achieved significant results and is ready for implementation. All major stages of development and hypothesis testing have been successfully completed, including the development of an optimal technology for feed additive production, obtaining the necessary registrations and licenses, as well as conducting market analysis. The project has also demonstrated successful results in exporting its products to several countries, such as the Russian Federation, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan.

However, the current pilot production is limited in its capacity, which hinders meeting the growing market demand. Therefore, it is necessary to commercialize the project to expand production capacities. This will allow for increased production volumes and meeting the growing demand from customers.

Objective: Expand the production of feed additives.

Tasks:
-Develop and optimize the technological process of industrial production, including selecting efficient production lines for manufacturing, packaging, and labeling the products.
-Develop a quality control system for the product at all stages of production and ensure its compliance with quality standards.
-Acquire and install the necessary production and laboratory equipment in accordance with the developed technological process and quality control system.

Expected results:
Production capacity of 60 tons of finished product per month (with 1 shift).
Sales volume of the finished product amounting to 560 million tenge over the project implementation period.
