Project objective The aim of this project is
to produce a new line of bakery

for mass and functional
use.
Project description In the production of bakery products in production conditions, vitamins, minerals and live cultures of lactic acid bacteria will be used simultaneously. Bakery products manufactured by the developed technology will have an increased biological value and microbiological resistance to the disease of bread “potato disease” and mold.
