Objective of the project Creation in Kazakhstan of high-tech serial production of innovative wear-resistant, light and compact working stages of electric drive centrifugal pumps (main elements of EСP) with increased discharge capacity by 2-3 times, service life is 2-4 times higher compared to standard ones, with maximum energy efficiency
Project Description Innovative EСP stages are made of heat-resistant aluminum alloy, on the surface of which a nanostructured ceramic coating is formed, the microporous structure of which is impregnated with fluoropolymer. Parts of the new stages have increased strength, high wear and corrosion resistance, anti-adhesion and anti-friction surface properties. They are compact and have low weight.
Fields of application of details and products hardened by PEO method: oil production, oil-gas and energy pipelines, machine building, printing, consumer goods, cosmonautics, aviation, instrumentation, machine building, vacuum technology, electronics and electrical engineering, medicine, paper industry, energy printing and other industries of Kazakhstan, Russia, Azerbaijan and other countries of near and far abroad.
