Objective of the project Creation of a plasma-chemical plant for processing and utilisation of agricultural waste to produce synthesis gas as a source of heat, electricity and fertilizer.
Project Description An innovative technological method based on the use of plasma chemical reactions for the pyrolysis of animal and other organic waste into synthesis gas, which is a mixture of hydrogen and carbon monoxide (H2 + CO). Syngas is produced using a high-temperature plasma-chemical process and complete arc plasma decomposition of the used products. All carbon in any compound is converted to CO gas at temperatures above 1000 °C. The synthesis gas that is produced can be processed into liquefied gas and used as a marketable good in a variety of agriculture.
