Objective of the project | Creation of a plasma-chemical plant for processing and utilisation of agricultural waste to produce synthesis gas as a source of heat, electricity and fertilizer. |
Project Description | An innovative technological method based on the use of plasma chemical reactions for the pyrolysis of animal and other organic waste into synthesis gas, which is a mixture of hydrogen and carbon monoxide (H2 + CO). Syngas is produced using a high-temperature plasma-chemical process and complete arc plasma decomposition of the used products. All carbon in any compound is converted to CO gas at temperatures above 1000 °C. The synthesis gas that is produced can be processed into liquefied gas and used as a marketable good in a variety of agriculture. |
