Objective of the project Creation on the territory of the industrial park of the special economic zone “Astana – new city” an innovative greenhouse using second-generation LED lamps (filament lamps) with nanophosphorus pouring.
Project Description Filament lamps can be produced in a variety of forms (ball, candle, decorative lamps) and with different sockets (E27, E14, etc.) without significant changes to the lamp design;
– Finished products are also lightweight and do not weigh down the lamps and chandeliers in which they are installed;
– Technology of synthesis and uniform application of phosphor compositions on the substrate while maintaining high adhesion of phosphor to the substrate and the mechanical strength and resistance of LED filaments to vibrations and single shocks, design and technological methods to obtain a 360 ° radiation output diagram and minimize the so-called leakage of blue light through the ends of the substrate (in the case of transparent substrates), methods to minimize overheating and degradation of LED crystals and filaments, etc.
